Welcome to the Cascade Karate Association. The vision we have for our practice of karate is to preserve the highest standards and training ideals of traditional karate as both a martial art and a pathway to self-mastery. We lead by example and have become recognized for our serious practice of karate and the high standards we set.
Beginners are always welcome and although we enjoy training hard there is no fitness prerequisite to begin. All it takes is a sincere desire to improve the quality of your life.
